We only ever access your own data, with your explicit authorization, and we only display it back to you. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share your TikTok data with other users, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and applicable TikTok policies. TikTok data is used solely to provide the analytics features you request. We retain TikTok data only as long as needed to provide the Service, and you may disconnect your TikTok account or request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Revoking access in your TikTok settings will stop any further data access.
We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and website analytics), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and TikTok (as the source of the data you connect). We do not sell data to, or share it for the independent use of, any third party.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and disconnect any connected TikTok account, at any time. To exercise these rights, email louie@getshoppable.co and we will respond promptly. You can also revoke Shoppable's access from within your TikTok account settings.
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material breaches as required by law.
The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older, consistent with TikTok Shop's creator eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use privacy-friendly website analytics (via Vercel) to understand aggregate usage such as page views and referrers. This does not track you across other websites and does not build advertising profiles.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email.
