These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shoppable's website and platform (the "Service") provided by Shoppable ("Shoppable," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shoppable provides analytics, reporting, product discovery, and growth tools for TikTok Shop affiliate creators. The Service connects, with your authorization, to third-party platforms such as TikTok and TikTok Shop to display your own performance data back to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at louie@getshoppable.co if you suspect unauthorized use.
Some features require you to connect your TikTok and/or TikTok Shop accounts. You authorize us to access and process the data you approve solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, and we are not responsible for TikTok's services, availability, or data accuracy.
If you participate in Shoppable's referral or affiliate program, you may earn commissions on qualifying referrals under the rates and conditions communicated to you. Commissions are paid only on valid, non-refunded subscriptions, and we may withhold or reverse commissions arising from fraud, abuse, or self-referral. We may modify or end the program with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access data that is not yours; reverse-engineering or disrupting the Service; using it to violate any law or the terms of TikTok or other platforms; or scraping, reselling, or redistributing data or features without our permission.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Shoppable and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business. Your data remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Analytics and estimates (including any third-party or estimated metrics) are provided for informational purposes and may not be exact. We do not guarantee any particular results, earnings, or uninterrupted availability, and the Service is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoppable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Shoppable, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
